Ad Manager: Snapshot support is live!

**Ad Manager: Snapshot Support is Live! What You Need to Know**

**Introduction**

Attention small to medium-sized business owners, service providers, CRM users, coaches, and consultants! HighLevel has just announced a game-changing update for its Ad Manager. The Snapshot support feature is now live, making it easier than ever to manage and replicate your ad campaigns. Say goodbye to the hassle of onboarding and hello to a seamless, efficient experience. Read on to learn all about this exciting new feature.

**What’s New?**

Ad Manager now supports Snapshots, enabling agencies to save valuable time during the onboarding process. This feature allows for the easy duplication of ad campaigns across multiple sub-accounts. Additionally, an ‘All Pages’ section has been added in the connected pages dropdown. This feature lets users view all campaigns copied using Snapshots, even if no page is linked to them. When you open any campaign to edit or publish, the default page will be selected automatically.

**How It Works**

1. Navigate to ‘Account Snapshots’ in Agency View.
2. Create a New Snapshot and select the source sub-account.
3. Save the snapshot.
4. Go to ‘Sub-Accounts’ and select the sub-account.
5. Under the ‘basic details’ tab of the sub-account, use the ‘Actions’ dropdown on the top right to select ‘load snapshot.’
6. Select the ‘Ad Campaigns’ you want to load into the sub-account.
7. A notification will appear under the bell icon on the top right corner, indicating that the snapshot has been successfully copied to the desired sub-account.

**Why it Matters**

This new feature significantly streamlines the onboarding process for agencies. By allowing the replication of high-performing ad campaigns across different accounts, agencies can maintain a consistent user experience. Pre-configured ad campaign templates ensure clients receive effective, ready-to-use advertising solutions quickly and efficiently.

**Important Notes**

Ad campaigns loaded into the desired sub-account will be created under the connected default page of that sub-account. Users have the option to change this to a page of their choice. However, it is important to note that Facebook-specific assets, such as Lead Forms, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences, will not be copied. These assets are specific to the Ad Account and Business Manager connected at the source sub-account. Users must manually add or use the relevant assets associated with the Ad Account connected during onboarding.

**Conclusion**

The new Snapshot support in HighLevel’s Ad Manager is a revolutionary feature designed to save you time and effort. By simplifying the process of duplicating ad campaigns across multiple sub-accounts, this update is set to enhance your marketing strategies. Ready to take your business to the next level?
